NOTE: Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc. These stickers are available at City Hall (2nd floor) and Department of Public Works (150 Marion St.). If you have a large item to dispose of that will not fit in your curb cart or garbage bag, you must purchase a "Bulky Item" sticker before placing it at the curb. Please review the calendar for your pick up dates and holiday schedule changes. Garbage bags may be purchased at City Hall (2nd floor) and Department of Public Works (150 Marion St.). Curb carts may be ordered by calling Waste Management at 80. Rubbish must be in a curb cart or City of Howell garbage bag and placed at the curbside by 7 am on pick up day. Residents on the west side of Michigan Avenue, including both sides of Grand River will be picked up on Tuesday. Those residing on the east side of Michigan Avenue, including both sides of Grand River, will be picked up each Monday. The City of Howell has a contract with Waste Management for the weekly pick up.
